Dua's Favourite — Xalapa Brine Shot

The brine is the best part — so we bottled it. Dua's Favourite is the raw, unpasteurised ferment liquor drawn straight from our Xalapa kraut: jalapeño, dill and salt, alive with the same live cultures as the jar.

Knock it back neat first thing, or add it to a bloody mary, a dressing, or a cold glass of water. Bright, tangy, with a gentle jalapeño warmth.
