Gut Punch — Adana Brine Shot

The brine is the best part — so we bottled it. Gut Punch is the raw, unpasteurised ferment liquor drawn straight from our Adana kraut: bird's eye chilli, dill and salt, alive with the same live cultures as the jar.

Knock it back neat first thing, or add it to a bloody mary, a dressing, or a cold glass of water. Sharp, savoury, and gently spicy.
