A Friend of Canbo — single-origin, early-harvest, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from Deeno's. The kind with real pepper at the back of the throat, pressed from olives picked young while the flavour is still sharp and green.

A spoon of our Adana kraut, good bread, and a proper glug of Deeno's is a very short recipe for a very good lunch.
